We will initially discuss what designs you are interested in and what will best suit your needs, while ensuring the home is suitable for your land and budget.
Once you have chosen your floor plan and facade design, we will provide a quote complete with all structural changes. This stage is to prepare your new home order.
Here you will piece together all the elements that will transform your house into a home.
We personally supervise the construction process, which includes routine site meetings and providing consistent updates and remain your direct point of contact from start to finish, and even beyond that.
All our subcontractors and suppliers are professional entities, recognised for their quality throughout Australia. We adhere to stringent quality control measures, ensuring every detail is meticulously checked off throughout the construction process.
The construction process begins. The site cut and scrape is completed, leveling your land.
The Base Stage is the first major milestone in the construction process. The home is pegged out, underground plumbing and electrical is installed, footings (if applicable), steel reinforcement is laid as per engineer’s design and termite barrier part A is installed.
During this stage, the timber/steel is erected to form the frame of the house – consisting of timber/steel walls and roof trusses. Or if it is a post and beam construction, the post and beam structure will be erected and hemp blocks will be laid.
Your home goes from a frame to a complete house, secure from the outside world.
The finishing touches.
